Howard-Tilton Memorial Library does not have a fax machine for public use. If you need to send a fax on campus you can either go to the FedEx/Kinko's in the LBC or you can use faxzero.com from a computer in the library.

If you need to scan your document for use with faxzero, there are several scanners on the first floor in the computer area through the glass doors next to PJ's café.

Alternatives to using a scanner include using your phone or tablet to take a picture and converting to PDF with an app such as CamScanner

You can also use an app such as Fax Burner to send a fax from your phone or tablet.

Matas Library of the Health Sciences does have a fax policy with a charge for the service.

  1. If you have a smart phone, you can actually take photos with your phone and upload the JPEG image directly to one of the free fax websites such as http://www.GotFreeFax.com and FaxZero to send. Just make sure you take photo with plenty of light so the fax image will look clear.
